Volunteer Student Protection Training

​​We thank parents expressing an interest in volunteering at St. Joseph’s. Students, teachers, staff, parents, and the community benefit from the work of individuals like you who freely share their talents, time and resources. We also know that as a volunteer, you too will be rewarded. We encourage your support for one hour/one day a week/one day on a special project or an excursion volunteering your efforts make a difference for students.
Each parent is encouraged to participate in the Student Protection Volunteer Online Course (Brisbane Catholic Education) prior to committing to volunteering in the school. Guidelines have been established for the safety of both students and volunteers. Upon completion of the Student Protection Online Course, organised by the school, simply fill out the form and submit to the Office for processing.
Volunteer Process  Participate in the Online Student Protection Course.   For the safety of our students, a completed Student Protection BCE Volunteer Form must be submitted. St. Joseph’s welcomes volunteers but we need to know who is in the buildings during school hours, therefore, visitors must sign in and out of the school.
